Set your queue to run itself: Evergreen and Smart Revival

Two automations, one goal: a feed that stays alive without you feeding it every morning. Here is what each one does and when to use which.

MBX Flow has two automations that keep publishing while you do something else. They sound similar and solve different problems, so here is the honest version of what each is for.

Evergreen: your library on rotation

Evergreen is for content that does not expire — tips, catalogue, portfolio pieces, standing offers. Mark posts as evergreen and MBX Flow keeps them in rotation on a schedule you control, so quiet weeks never look quiet from the outside.

Smart Revival: your best work, back on stage

Smart Revival watches how your posts actually performed and brings the strongest ones back — not a blind repeat, but a second run for content that already proved it earns engagement. It is the difference between reposting and reviving.

Using both together

  • Start with Evergreen: pick the posts you would be happy to publish any week of the year.
  • Give it a realistic cadence — a rotation that fires too often burns the library.
  • Turn on Smart Revival once you have some history; it needs real engagement data to pick winners.
  • Check Analytics after a couple of weeks and prune anything the numbers say has run its course.

A well-fed queue is the closest thing social media has to compound interest: set it up once, and every good post keeps paying.
