DMCA Policy

MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC respects copyright and expects the artists who use MBX Flow for Artists to do the same. You may only publish music, artwork and other material that you own or are licensed to distribute.

This policy explains how to report material published to mbxartists.com that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

What this covers

MBX Flow for Artists lets you publish artist cards, gates and free downloads to mbxartists.com, and MediaBoxEnt hosts what you publish there. We do not review that content before it goes live and have no obligation to monitor it.

This policy applies to that hosted content only. Content you publish through MBX Flow to third-party networks lives on those networks, under your own accounts and their own copyright procedures — whether you self-host MBX Flow or use a Hosted plan. Even where we operate your instance for you, as described in the Hosted Service Addendum, we do not review or moderate what you publish.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material hosted on mbxartists.com infringes a copyright you own or represent, send us a written notice containing all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — the full mbxartists.com address is best.
Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

An incomplete notice may delay our response. Send notices to support@mbxflow.com with "DMCA" in the subject line.

What we do with a notice

On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material, normally within a few business days, and notify the user who published it, forwarding a copy of your notice.

We keep a record of the notices we receive.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live — or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found.

We forward valid counter-notices to the person who complained. Unless they tell us they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may remove content or suspend an account at any time for a breach of our Terms of Service.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please be sure before you send a notice.
