MBX Flow™ is an AI Content Distribution Engine developed by MediaBoxEnt Technologies, a division of MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC.
By applying for, accessing, installing, or using the MBX Flow Private Beta, you agree to the following terms.
MBX Flow is currently under active development and is provided for testing and evaluation purposes only.
The software may contain bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, service interruptions, or other limitations.
Features may change, be modified, or be removed without notice during the beta period.
MBX Flow Beta is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
MediaBoxEnt Technologies makes no guarantees regarding:

Feedback provided may be used by MediaBoxEnt Technologies without compensation or restriction.
MBX Flow can run either on infrastructure you provide or on an instance MediaBoxEnt operates for you, depending on what your beta covers.
User content, API keys, social accounts, publishing data, and credentials remain under the control of the user.
Some participants may instead be offered a hosted beta instance operated by MediaBoxEnt for evaluation. In that case the instance and its data run on MediaBoxEnt-managed infrastructure for the duration of the test, are used only to operate the instance, and are deleted when the test ends.
MediaBoxEnt Technologies does not sell or share beta applicant information with third parties.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
There is no single end date for the beta. How long your access lasts is set individually and depends on what is being tested and how that testing goes, so one participant may take part for considerably longer than another. A beta period may be extended or shortened as the testing requires.
MediaBoxEnt will tell you what applies to your own participation and will give you notice before your access ends. Taking part in one round of testing does not entitle you to a place in a later one.
Access may be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time, including but not limited to:
MBX Flow, MediaBoxEnt Technologies, logos, software, source code, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the exclusive property of MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC.
Participation in the beta program does not grant ownership rights to any portion of the software.
Participation in the beta program does not guarantee future pricing, discounts, commercial licenses, or permanent access.

MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC and MediaBoxEnt Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, business, or financial damages arising from the use of the beta software.
By submitting an application, accessing the beta, installing the software, or using MBX Flow Beta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Beta Agreement.
