Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC handles information connected to this website, future apps, contact forms, email updates, comments, embeds, cookies, analytics, and third-party services.

Effective Date

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 9, 2026. We may update it when the site, tools, services, or legal requirements change.

Information You Provide

If you sign up for MediaBoxEnt updates, contact us, comment through supported tools, or send an email, we may receive information such as your name, email address, message content, and any details you choose to include.

Email we send you — early-access updates, your license key, and account-recovery messages — is delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider, which receives the recipient address and the content of that one message.

We use the information you send to respond, manage updates, and keep a record of the request.

Connected Social Platforms

MBX Flow is currently sold as a Hosted service: MediaBoxEnt provisions and operates a dedicated, single-tenant instance of the software for you. When you connect a social media account, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, Tumblr, Bluesky, Mastodon, or Pinterest, the access token is stored inside your own instance, encrypted at rest. On a Hosted plan that instance runs on infrastructure we manage, so we hold that data as your processor, solely to operate the Service on your behalf. On a self-hosted installation it never reaches us at all.

We do not use data obtained through these platforms' APIs, including LinkedIn's Community Management APIs, for advertising, sales, or profiling. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties: it is used only to perform the publishing and reporting actions you ask the Service to perform, and staff access is limited to what operations and support require.

Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics

mbxflow.com uses cookies and browser storage strictly needed to run the site: checkout, license recovery, remembering a preference such as language selection, and the Cloudflare bot-protection challenge you may see when submitting a form. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not perform cross-site tracking.

You can control cookies and similar storage through your browser settings.

Comments, Video Embeds and Third-Party Services

Some pages may include affiliate links, links to our social media channels, or other third-party services. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them or load their content.

MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or embedded services. Review their policies before submitting information or using their platforms.

Apps and Interactive Tools

Future MediaBoxEnt apps, calculators, forms, games, or interactive tools may process information needed to provide the feature, remember preferences, prevent abuse, measure performance, or connect with third-party services.

When a future tool needs additional privacy details, we may add a dedicated notice for that tool.

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate the website, send requested updates, respond to messages, moderate comments, improve content, measure performance, protect the site, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers or platforms when needed to operate email, analytics, comments, hosting, affiliate programs, or support tools.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the reason it was collected, including responding to messages, managing requested email updates, maintaining security records, resolving disputes, improving site operations, and meeting legal or accounting obligations.

Contact messages may be kept while the request is active and for a reasonable recordkeeping period after the issue is closed. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless we need a limited record to honor suppression, security, or legal requirements.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, or other privacy-law regions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

To make a request, use the contact page and include enough detail for us to understand the request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it, especially for access, deletion, or portability requests.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates by replying to an update request or contacting us. You can also disable cookies, clear local storage, use browser privacy tools, or avoid third-party embeds and comment systems if you do not want those services to receive information.
